I was pleased with the game every time we came to play at Portsmouth but I remember it was really sad after the Cup Final and they were relegated. So I wish they come back in the Premier League because it is a good club with a good fanbase and hopefully we can play against them next year in the Premier League.’

‘To be back on the pitch, even if it was a friendly, was good and it was important to start the pre-season well. So I think we were very serious and did a good job because I remember last year we lost all our friendly games.
