If the animosity between the pair and the fact that the British and Commonwealth heavyweight titles are on the line is not enough to inspire Dereck Chisora and Tyson Fury ahead of their grudge match this weekend, then the possibility of a showdown with Wladimir Klitschko for the winner certainly will.

The WBA, IBF and WBO champion, who outclassed Britain's best heavyweight David Haye earlier this month, has stated he wants to take on the winner of Saturday night's bout – a huge prize for either fighter.

Chisora was in fact supposed to take on Klitschko earlier this year but two abdominal injuries for the Ukrainian forced the bout to be cancelled twice meaning he has remained inactive since a September win over Sam Sexton.

The 27-year-old is the defending champion coming into this clash but that inactivity will no doubt have a bearing and it will certainly give the confident Fury even more hope of picking up his first major belts since turning professional in 2008.

Fury is brimming with confidence that has spilled over prompting accusations of disrespect and he caused uproar last week with a controversial outburst toward Chisora in which he threatened to kill his opponent.
