Clydesdale Bank Premier League
Motherwell v St Johnstone 15:00 BST
Venue: Fir Park
Motherwell manager Stuart McCall:
"You only have to look at St Johnstone's away record, they have not conceded at Aberdeen, Parkhead and St Mirren. They are doing what they did well last season, defending strongly.
"They are very difficult to break down and they have added strikers as well now.
"Just because we have three home games, starting with St Johnstone, doesn't mean we just have to turn up."
St Johnstone manager Derek McInnes:
"I have only seen them (Motherwell) once this season but they have kicked on from last year, they are as good as any team without the Old Firm.
"They have great options at the top end of the pitch, with pace and movement and they also have experience in the team.
"Stuart has lost a couple of players but has brought some in and they will be tough opposition.
"If we allow them to get some momentum they will impose themselves on us.
"But we want to cause them problems of their own. If we prepare well and play as we can then we have a good chance."
