Danny Buijs is still out with a hamstring strain and Ryan O'Leary remains on the sidelines.
St Johnstone forward Sean Higgins suffered a ligament strain in training and has been ruled out for a month.
Frazer Wright, Sam Parkin, Callum Davidson, Graham Gartland and Murray Davidson are unlikely to feature.
St Johnstone manager Derek McInnes: "The performance at Easter Road had plenty of positives in it. We are carrying a threat up front and looking like a half decent side. Killie are a good side too and it has the makings of a good game.
"We all feel a bit aggrieved about Wednesday night for various reasons so this is a chance to get back on track ahead of the international break."
