Stanislav Manolev attacked down the wing and crossed into the box where Dzsudzsak struck a right-footed effort from close range to draw his side level.
Six minutes into the second half Lens threaded the ball through to Otman Bakkal but his driven effort was wide of the goal.
NEC's Bas Sibum then set up Lasse Schone but his shot was straight at the PSV keeper.
With 63 minutes gone Lens gave the visitors the lead when he turned and made space for himself before curling his right-footed shot into the top left corner.
But any hopes PSV had of taking the three points were dashed when Zomer scored his late equaliser.
George started a counter-attack and whipped in a cross to Zomer who powered in a header from close range to ensure the points were shared.
