I expect Chelsea to make one change on Saturday and that will be Ivanovic for Ferreira which is hard luck on our loyal servant but Ivanovic should be fully fit and able to take his place in the side. As for Ramires, I expect he will be named on the bench and depending on how the game pans out, will have some involvement against Wigan. Andre Villas-Boas on Thursday backed Fernando Torres to prove his true value at Chelsea after insisting the striker was not for sale at any price - now or next summer.
Villas-Boas rubbished reports the Blues were considering cutting their losses on the most expensive player ever transferred between British clubs by offloading him for just £20million when the January window reopens.
Chelsea on Thursday branded such claims "nonsense", while manager Villas-Boas maintained on Wednesday morning that the man who cost £50million from Liverpool at the start of the year was going nowhere.
"It's not true, I'm sorry," said Villas-Boas, adding Torres would "for sure" be at Stamford Bridge next season.
"He's not available at any price."
Torres, 27, has scored only five times for Chelsea and after starting the season as Villas-Boas' first-choice centre-forward, he has found himself relegated to the bench during the last seven weeks.
His last Barclays Premier League start was in October, with Didier Drogba once again coming up trumps for the Blues when it matters most.
Villas-Boas said: "Everybody wants to be involved more times but Fernando is also pushing for a place with Didier, who is on a good run at the moment.
"We always count on our players and we are pretty sure that when Fernando will be called up, he will respond with the quality and the talent that he has.
"It will be a question of time to when we see him back, maybe sooner or later - we don't know.
