Ajax dominated the game against Heracles Almelo, scoring freely and good news for the team was the return of Sightorsson (att) fifteen minutes from time. The striker returned from a long-term injury and determined the score on 6-0 in the final minute of the game after an assist from Janssen (mid).
Ajax still has some important missings with Ooijer (def), Van der Wiel (def) and Boilesen (def) expected to remain sidelined. Defensively this has shown to have little effect with Ajax keeping a clean sheet in their last four games thanks to an excellent Vertonghen (def). Sulejmani (att) will remain sidelined with a knee injury while Boerrigter (att) is expected to make his return in the selection, scoring twice for young Ajax last week.
