Last season, Elfsborg secured many wins during the last minutes of the matches. A few days ago they did the same. The 2-1 win against Gefle away was secured with a goal by Lasse Nilsson in the 89th minute. This is not a coincidence; they are properly trained and the attitude of never giving up.
Orebro has played three ties in a row after their premier loss at home to newcomer Atvidaberg. In the last match against Goteborg away, they should however have lost since Goteborg had a winning goal in the 92 minute which was wrongly called off for offside.
Orebro is hard to judge so far, my estimation is that they will get a pretty tough season. They have for many years seemed to lack a winning mentality and be happy with their usual mid-table life. The present manager Sixten Bostrom tried to change this when he arrived in 2008 but except for a third place in 2010 no real change has been seen.
Elfsborg plays a quick offensive football. Players like Oskar Hiljemark, Niklas Hult and of course the Swedish international midfielder Anders Svensson all have a very high capacity and seems to have an raising form chart. Elfsborg is a team for the top this season, Orebro is not.
Without their captain Magnus Wikstrom and their most important offensive player Tobias Grahn, it will be hard for Orebro to claim a win here. A draw is very possible but my prime suggestion would be a win for Elfsborg.
