I'm not saying that because we are well run. But what's happening is they are adding to the debt with the amount of wages they pay quality players and it doesn't always get you results.
We're stifling youngsters coming through.
A big part of this club is to make sure we get it right, not only at first-team level but also at youth.
Clubs are trying to finish that little bit higher. It might be a short-term fix but in the long term you can see the damage that it does.
There are a lot of players in the SPL getting absolutely terrific money and not always getting the performances to go with that.
