Clijsters however has far more experience on the big stage, and this could work in her favour against the young Belarusian.
A four time Grand Slam champion, Clijsters has played the big points very well thus far at the Australian Open, hitting aggressively against Na when she had to save several match points, before holding her nerve yet again to defeat Wozniacki.
Azarenka on the other hand has yet to be put under such pressure, so it will be interesting to see whether the world No.3 will still be able to go after her shots when the match gets tight.

However, Azarenka has shown signs of improving her mental game, given that she came from a set down in her last match against Radwanska to post a convincing victory despite losing the tiebreaker.
If Azarenka can keep showing signs of improvement in her mental game, then she may just have enough firepower to overwhelm Clijsters.
